During the initial meeting and training session, we discussed access to social assistance, healthcare, the labour market, and education for refugees in Poland. We also covered topics such as prejudice, expectations and assumptions, ethnocentrism, and anti-discrimination.
But above all, we got to know each other. We discussed what roles we wanted to play in the group, what our talents were, and what we could share with each other. We also talked about our boundaries: what we preferred not to do and what our limitations were.
We're keeping our fingers crossed and are very much looking forward to this collaboration.
